Our technology is built on 4 different blocks:

    1. Parsing: structuring profiles across:
        1. all media formats from P.D.F to images
        2. +92 kind of languages (we operate in +120 countries).
    1. Enrichment: predicting:
      1. hidden/implicit skills correlated to the career path of the candidate:
        1. Hard-skills
        2. Soft-skills
        3. Transversal-skills
      2. Level of expertise: 4 stars rating based on the comparison between a given skill and the sets of experiences/educations of the profile. The more the skill is related to the experiences/educations and the more they are valuable the higher is the rating.
    2. Scoring: relevance of the profile according to the filter and the need. It works across all kind of jobs:
      1. Technical or non-technical jobs
      2. Qualified or non-qualified jobs
    3. Justification: highlight of intrinsic element of the career path of the candidate to explain the reasons that makes a scoring model arrive at a conclusion - such as top experience, top education or top attributed of the profile.
